Application for membership of the Belgian Nuclear Forum

Thank you for your interest in the Belgian Nuclear Forum. Before completing the membership application form, please check that your company meets the following membership criteria:

1. Have a company number registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises 
2. Work in the Belgian or European nuclear sector, or have the intention to enter it  
3. Create value in Belgium by having a real production or service activity (maintenance, logistics, intellectual services, etc.) on Belgian soil (establishment, factory, agency, etc.)   
4. Have a subsidiary in Belgium  
5. Have a shareholding structure compatible with the interests of the Belgian nuclear industry  

The Belgian Nuclear Forum (BNF) has the ambition to facilitate the revival of nuclear power in Belgium. This is part of its mission to highlight the advantages and needs of the civil nuclear sector in our country. 

There is no longer any doubt that the nuclear sector in Belgium is taking off again, hopefully leading to the construction of new reactors by 2035. 

We must now strengthen our supply chain, which has slowed down in recent decades. While Belgian expertise is still present and recognised worldwide, we are already facing a shortage of manpower. Belgium must therefore find this manpower today, ranging from engineers to more technical professions, in order to cope with current projects. There is therefore no time to lose. 

The BNF is committed to playing an important role as a catalyst in strengthening the nuclear supply chain in Belgium, but also in neighbouring countries and more broadly in Europe.

• Meet companies involved in the Belgian nuclear sector.

• Benefit from the experience of players already active in the Belgian nuclear sector by participating in events: 
  • Training programmes based on the needs of our members 
  • Organisation of thematic meetings on the outlook for the sector 
  • Networking meetings 
  • Meetings with industry, whether active in the nuclear sector or not (in particular energy-intensive industries and contractors)
